These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quoting Fast website and services (the “Service”), operated by Quoting Fast LLC (“Quoting Fast,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Quoting Fast is a free auto insurance comparison service. We help you compare rate options from independent insurance carriers and agents. We are not an insurance carrier, agency of record, or underwriter, and we do not issue policies, bind coverage, or guarantee any rate. Quotes and offers are provided by third-party carriers and are subject to their terms and eligibility requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate, current information. Providing a mobile phone number is optional. Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase anything and does not by itself enroll you in text messaging.
4. SMS / text messaging program
Our text messaging program is governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:
- Program: Quoting Fast (Quoting Fast LLC) quote updates and related offers.
- Opt-in: recurring automated marketing and account messages are sent only if you affirmatively check the SMS consent box and provide your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency may vary.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Help & opt-out: reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel at any time.
- Privacy: we do not share or sell your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, interfering with the Service's operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Quoting Fast LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that rate comparisons, carrier offers, or quotes will be accurate, complete, or available. Insurance decisions, pricing, and coverage are determined solely by the applicable carriers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quoting Fast LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quoting Fast LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
