These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the Quoting Fast text messaging program operated by Quoting Fast LLC. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our website), you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program summary
1. Consent & opt-in
You receive messages only after you affirmatively opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website (or another disclosed opt-in method). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opt-in consent is specific to text messaging only and is separate from any consent for email or phone calls.
2. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply with UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
3. How to get help (HELP)
Text HELP for help, or contact us at Info@quotingfast.com or (954) 824-2010. Our HELP reply includes our brand name and contact information.
4. Carriers & delivery
Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
5. Privacy & data sharing
We will not share or sell your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We may share your information, including SMS opt-in or consent status, only with vendors that help us deliver the messaging service (such as platform providers and phone companies). All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Sample messages
- Opt-in confirmation: “Quoting Fast: Thanks for opting in! You'll get quote updates here. Msg freq may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- Quote update: “Hi [First Name] — your auto quote comparison from Quoting Fast is ready: [link]. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.”
- Reminder: “Quoting Fast reminder: you started a quote but didn't finish. Pick up where you left off: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
7. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date.
